Soleless in Edmonton

Safely arrived in a snowbank, dragging my suitcase to a warm welcome from everyone at U of A. Diane kindly suited me up with keys, computer access codes and best of all an entry card to the arts-based research studio which is beautiful! Lost the sole of my boot on the walk home from the LRT (hopefully not a metaphor). Tomorrow begins the first day of my residency!

Midstate Trail ART Project: An Arts-Based Inquiry

Hi, I just joined your site and want to tell you about the Midstate Trail Art project, which is both a community-arts initiative and an arts-based research inquiry.

Arts Based Educational Research Special Interest Group Outstanding Dissertation Award 2013

The Arts Based Educational Research (ABER) Special Interest Group for the American Educational Research Association (AERA) would like to announce its sponsorship of the ABER Outstanding Dissertation Award for the best Doctoral Dissertation that explores, is an exemplar of, and pushes the boundaries of arts-based educational research.
