I am a graduate student in the Faculty of Physical Education and Recreation, University of Alberta. I studies, choreographs, and performs integrated dance, that is, dance with people of all abilities. As artistic director with iDANCE Edmonton Integrated Dance, I seeks to create vibrant movement communities that appreciate diversity and reimagine (dis)ability. This artistic and research interest emerges from my passion for dance, my training as a certified occupational therapist, and my involvement in communities of activism and social justice.
